-          Laporan aktiviti yang dijalankan

-          Perancangan

 

7.         Fail PSPN  / PKG

-          Surat keluar/masuk PSPN/PKG

 

8.         Fail Perkhidmatan Komputer ( Jika Perlu )

 

9.         Fail Surat-surat Rasmi PSS

 

10.            Fail Program NILAM

 

11.            Fail Jadual Waktu Siaran TV. Pendidikan

 

12.            Fail Maklumat J/K PSS

 

13.            Fail Rancangan Tahunan

-          Rancangan untuk 1 Tahun yang telah dipersetujui oleh AJK

-          Carta Gantt.

 

·                     Setiap fail ini perlu mengikut Sistem Fail setiap sekolah
